Description

Vacuum metalizing resin is made from rosin that polymerized with phenol and formaldehyde, and esterified by polyalcohol, it’s a type of high-polymeric resin that designed for vacuum plating process.

? High softening point.
? It can be well combined with various active groups of high polymer, compatible with various types of resin.
? Has excellent dilutability in solvent.
? For coating material, it can effectively reduce the surface tension, and the pigment can be dispersed equably to make the surface more rich and glossy.

Packaging

Wrapped up with kraft bag, 25kgs/bag, 32bags/pallet, for 20’FCL, it can load 16 tons with pallet (20 pallets / 640 bags), and 18 tons without pallet (720 bags).

Storage & Transportation

Sealed well and stored in cool and dry place, can’t be stored and delivered together with pyrophorus, strong oxidants & acid.
